Very kind and informative. Dr. Kocsis really knows what she is doing. They are also very communicative and were willing to answer my questions even after hours. Amy from the front desk is very friendly and always remembered who I was. My kiki is doing great and already has her appetite back after getting her procedure done a few days ago (though she was feeling a bit silly for a couple of days due to her pain meds lol). completely worth the drive and price for the level of expertise
Got an appointment sooner than we expected, next day in fact. Drove down evening before got our dog in and went through preliminary exam, had all current records on hand. They had a cancelation next day Scout went I to surgery early next day and we were on our way home by 2pm. SHE’S doing well and will be o her own foo soaked in water for a couple of weeks.

Service from check-in to check-out was very good. The technician and the vet were very professional, answering all of our questions and providing us with a clear plan of action. They were both gentle with my dog, examining him without upsetting him.
